Return Policy
  
We want you happy and satisfied with your purchase. Please feel
free to contact us with
any questions about what you
are interested in purchasing. We do our best to help our customers avoid returns
due to fit issues concerning both horse and rider however due to obvious
limitations we cannot guarantee fit.
All items must be re-sellable as new
and returned within 21 days of purchase.
Re-sellable means no
hair dirt, dust, wear marks, scuffs, scratches, dents, etc and tags and all
original packaging must be intact when the item is returned. You will be
provided return instructions and an RA # required by the manufacturer.
As of June 2011, The manufacturer has started to enforce their restocking fees
on returns of any kind for any reason (unless the item is defective or
incorrect). If the saddle does not fit you or your horse, or you just don't like
it, the restocking fee will still apply. The restocking fee is 20% of the
purchase price. Shipping also not refunded. (Shipping runs anywhere from $30 -
$55)
We intensely dislike having to charge this, but returns are costly
and very time consuming for the manufacturer, and
restocking fees charged by manufacturers are
not uncommon. We do not
keep Abetta saddles in stock as it helps us keep our overhead low which in turn
allows us to charge a very competitive, low price on our saddles - thanks for
understanding.
Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt to the
manufacturer. Please CONTACT US FIRST via
eMail
before making a return. Any returns made without our authorization will be
refused. We need to issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) on returns along
with a form (required by the manufacturer) for you to fill out and return with
the saddle.
Exchanges will be made through the manufacturer. Extra shipping
charges will apply. We pay the shipping costs on the first (original saddle purchase),
but shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Exchanges are also subject to a restocking fee.
It is important to get your return on the way asap
after contacting us.
